Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach consists of beaches, hillside and canyons, so the housing is primarily custom, exclusive and expensive. The city has a focus on historic preservation and environmental stewardship and is the only Orange County city surrounded by a dedicated greenbelt on one side, and a dedicated bluebelt on the other.

An artist community and popular resort vacation destination, residents share their town with visitors through the summer but tourism slows down in winter months. Laguna Beach is one of the wealthiest places in North America and gained national attentions through the reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

The Laguna Beach public schools are highly rated and generously supported by the Laguna Beach community.

Laguna Beach is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the southwest, Crystal Cove State Park on the northwest, Laguna Woods on the northeast, Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel on the east, and Dana Point on the southeast.
