Laguna Niguel

Laguna Niguel

Laguna Niguel is characterized by open space, an affluent life style and numerous upscale neighborhoods. Divided into Niguel North, South, East and West, each area contains quality schools, parks, and communities. At the center of the Laguna Niguel is the 227 acre Laguna Niguel Regional Park and the 44 acre Laguna Niguel Lake. Most of Laguna Niguel has a mediterranean architectural style with the exception of the Beacon Hill area in Niguel South that favors a cape code style.

The city is separated from the Pacific Ocean by Dana Point and from San Juan Capistrano on its east side by a large ridge running along Trabuco Creek. To the north are Aliso Viejo and Laguna Hills. Laguna Niguel is also bordered by Laguna Beach and Mission Viejo.
